Q? What is All Things A2Z’s return policy?

We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. The product must be unopened and unused to qualify. If you choose to return your unopened order for any reason other than damage or defect you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your order arrives to you defective or damaged please contact us ASAP and we will have a replacement shipped to you at our expense.

Q? What shipping methods are offered?

Most orders will be shipped via USPS. If you need to have an order shipped via FedEx or UPS please contact us prior to placing your order.

Q? How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

A.

Orders placed Monday – Friday between 8 am and 1 pm CST will ship the same day. Any order placed outside of these times will ship the following business day.

Q? What if I need to cancel an order?

A.

Because we process orders at lightning speed, if you have to cancel an order you will need to contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed to guarantee that it can be stopped. If your order has already processed and shipped you may return it as long as the item is unopened. Please refer to our return policy for more info.
